How to comply with dramatic changes in the Federal Wage & Hour Law:  Overtime, Independent Contractors, and other issues.
It is absolutely imperative for Hotel operators to know their obligations under the Federal Wage & Hour Laws to avoid costly claims.  In fact, more federal lawsuits are filed by both the Government and Plaintiffs' attorneys under the Wage & Hour Law than under any other law.  This session will cover the basics of the law, discuss the new overtime rule and independent contractor regulations, and suggest practical ways to avoid liability.
