Description: Evaluating staff performance for any hotel job can be complicated and overwhelming. Learn an easy-but-thorough approach that has proven to be effective for everything from annual salary reviews to occasional work appraisals. Also learn to use or adapt 10 pre-selected categories to determine if employee performance is Unsatisfactory, Average, Above Average, or Outstanding.
